About Us

I’m Jene' (Liddell) Lee, founder of Resilience Consultancy. I hold a BA in Criminology and Law Studies from Marquette University and I am certified in Entrepreneurial Studies, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, & I have studied Business Law at Loyola University Chicago.

With over 17 years of business process management consulting experience helping businesses identify inefficiencies, strengthen operations, and implement growth-focused solutions. My expertise includes process optimization, identifying weaknesses, and building effective organizational systems. I have collaborated with internationally recognized NMS Consulting and served clients internationally.

My experience spans collections, banking, law, media, graphic design, nonprofits, landscaping, commercial cleaning, public speaking, life coaching, and real estate. For two years, I taught startup entrepreneurs to build sustainable businesses and delivered project management classes.

On LinkedIn, I have ranked in the Top 1% of my industry for Social Selling Index (SSI) and as a Top 5% Contributor to Business Management articles.

I am the author of Niche to Me: From Passion to Purpose in Business, available on Amazon. I host the Reducing Profit Loss podcast on Spotify, iHeartRadio, Amazon Music, Castbox, and RadioPublic, and publish a LinkedIn newsletter with nearly 50 editions.
