About Us

PGCSC is a non-profit agency, which provides a variety of services for Seniors and Caregivers, Legal Assistance, Senior Centers Programs, Home Delivered Meals, Congregate Meals, and Transportation at Senior Centers/ We have case-managers and In-Home Care Services. The Ombudsman Program - LTC Advocacy assists in advocating for resident rights. We operate locally the State Health Insurance Counseling Program - Help with Medicare and supplemental health information and help with Medicare Fraud, Information-Referral-Assistance,,
Housing - Eloy Santa Cruz Village Apts. for seniors, We have a Computer Lab, Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Educational and Webinars. We offer Caregiver Support Groups. No required payment necessary but all programs do accept program donations.
